Companies In My Social Circle: Holiday Shopping Guide!

7:37 PMZack Simpson

Happy Thanksgiving! This year I am thankful for the advertisers that keep this website going. Since people seem to now associate Thanksgiving with shopping, I thought it would be the perfect time to kick off our Annual Holiday Shopping Guide! So without further ado, let's talk about these awesome companies!

Now is also the time to start purchasing your Viva Las Vegas tickets. The Viva Las Vegas crunch really hits after the new year. I am a firm believer that these make the best stocking stuffers ever! I got one from Zachary one year, and it was a fantastic surprise. It is perfect for the rockabilly lover, car guy, or pinup in your life. The lineup has been announced and it doesn't disappoint! You can see the post we did about the line-up here. Stay tuned for more news on VLV as it comes out. You know The Rockabilly Socialite always brings you the news first!

I would like to welcome Kinny & Howie Retro Boutique as our newest advertiser. Kinny & Howie is an online boutique that specializes in retro fashions for women. They carry their own line as well as others from Steady, Hell Bunny and Sourpuss. They are located in Los Angeles, CA. They are having a 30-70% off Black Friday sale starting at midnight tonight. Once your family is passed out in a turkey coma you can shop online and buy yourself something pretty. While there, pick up something for your best girlfriend too! She would love a matching dress, yes?

I have some great stuff listed in my Etsy store: Rockabilly Socialite Vintage. I recently re-listed everything in my shop with new SALE prices! However, I am still having a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale! You can save 20% off at checkout with the code blackfriday from now through Monday! Check it out, you may find something you can't live without, like this Lilli Ann coat! I also have a few things that would make good little gifts. I am trying to make room to add a ton of vintage swimsuits, dresses, and purses. So feel free to favorite my shop so you can see when they get posted. Rockabilly Socialite Vintage, for the Socialite in you!

I would like to welcome Mrs. Depew Vintage to The Rockabilly Socialite! If you are not familiar with Mrs. Depew, it is an Etsy store that specializes in digital vintage patterns, E-books and original vintage paper patterns. You will feel like a kid in a candy store when you look at all of these patterns. I want them all! Now is a good time to buy because she is having a Black Friday sale. You can save 20% at checkout with the code SEWFATTYSEW.

If you are looking for a one stop shop this holiday season, Punkabilly Clothing has you covered. They have clothing and accessories for women, men and even babies!  You can get yourself a dress, your boyfriend a tee, your friend a purse and her baby a onesie. Done! And it won't break the bank because their prices are crazy good. They even offer $10 off if you sign up for their mailing list, and free shipping on orders over $150! So check out Punkabilly Clothing and tell them Dollie sent ya!

I am so glad to have Cats Like Us on The Rockabilly Socialite again! I'm sure you have heard of Cats Like Us before, but if not, Cats Like Us is a retro style clothing boutique selling new fashions with classic styles from the 1940's, 50's and 60's in modern fabrics and contemporary sizes ranging from XS to XXXL. They offer a unique selection of hand picked styles and gifts for men, women and children in modern sizing. They are based out of western New York but have a great online store also! They have a great holiday selection right now, including items from Sourpuss, Heart of Haute, Sparklelux and Nicole Katherine Designs. I recommend you buy that Nicole Katherine Designs sweater for your mom or Mother in Law. She will love it!

You are going to need some jewelry and hair accessories for the holidays, not just for yourself but also as small gifts and stocking stuffers. Anything from Ms. Formaldehyde on Etsy would make a great gift for a hostess gift, a coworker or your hairdresser. You can't go wrong with a fascinator or red rose clip!

Thank you again to all of our advertisers, new and old!  The holiday season is fast approaching. Do you need to advertise your seasonal products, holiday sale or special event?
